Selma Michael was our real estate agent in San Francisco assigned to help with our relocation to San Francisco from Seattle. Most of our house hunting was done remotely and thanks to Selma's help were were able to look at a dozen prospective homes and make an offer on the one we liked over a weekend visit to San Francisco. Selma was very knowledgeable and thanks to her guidance we found a good deal on a home we liked and our offer was accepted pretty close to the selling price which in itself is relatively rare for San Francisco. After closing, Selma went above and beyond her role as our realtor to help coordinate with the contractors and facilitate some remodeling work we wanted done prior to moving to San Francisco.
