Shani is an incredible realtor with a great amount of experience and an overwhelming amount of knowledge for easy or tough situations in buying or selling a home. In our situation selling two homes we encountered unlikely issues. For example, during California fires a client from a day of closing decided not to buy our home. the other situation was property lines a neighbor decided to create a situation when we decide to sell. Shani fought hard for us in every negative situation she came back swinging with a plan every single time. Shani constantly works hard for each of her clients. Shani always keeps her clients informed with updates. If you want an honest, reliable, hard working realtor Shani without a doubt is highly recommended.
