Erin Witten is literally the best agent I've ever worked with. She is hard working, a great communicator, and persistent, persistent, persistent. We have done multiple sales together (4 and counting at the time of this writing) and I have never had the sense that she wasn't on the ball for any one of them. Especially in a slower market, you need someone who will keep the momentum high and push your sale through to the finish line, and that person is Erin. Once I had an escrow fall through, and Erin's first call to me was "It's okay Darren, I already compiled a list of all the agents who viewed your home, called them all, and have 3 more tours today". The best!

We enjoyed working with Nicole. We were a newly married couple with a blended family, and we really wanted our first home together to be perfect. Nicole frequently sent us great matches for what we were looking for. She accompanied us to each place, and since she was so experienced, she would point out settle things that we would have missed but were really important for our decision process. It clearly worked while we knew we likely weren’t the highest offer the sellers accepted our offer and felt our letter was very heartfelt. I believe we were in our new home within 15 days. It was amazing! While the home was move in ready and newly remodeled we have since been able to make some modifications to fit our taste and lifestyle. I would use Nicole again for buying or selling, she truly went above and beyond 💜
