We enjoyed working with Nicole. We were a newly married couple with a blended family, and we really wanted our first home together to be perfect. Nicole frequently sent us great matches for what we were looking for. She accompanied us to each place, and since she was so experienced, she would point out settle things that we would have missed but were really important for our decision process. Every time I would have a meltdown, she would be there for me and have the right words to call me down. She was very patient. We put in multiple offers on places we thought were perfect and they were rejected. She had to get strategic…. Nicole encouraged us to write a letter to the sellers to be submitted with our offer. It clearly worked while we knew we likely weren’t the highest offer the sellers accepted our offer and felt our letter was very heartfelt. I believe we were in our new home within 15 days. It was amazing! While the home was move in ready and newly remodeled we have since been able to make some modifications to fit our taste and lifestyle. I would use Nicole again for buying or selling, she truly went above and beyond 💜

Nicole went above and beyond our expectations. Nicole was there for us at every turn. We live about 75 miles away from the property and Nicole was there making sure the property was secure and meeting with not only other relators but also plumbers, door people and others, she made it so easy for us so we didn't have to drive all the way in for estimates etc.
