He would present thoroughly researched data along with possible choices and then educate us in making the decision. From staging, to pricing/marketing to deftly navigating multiple offers using some sort of negotiation wizardry I haven’t seen, Todd provided level-headed sound counsel and represented us as a true fiduciary.
