We were referred to Jane to act as our agent for both buying a new home as well as selling our existing home. Jane was super responsive, courteous and took time to understand our needs, such as wanting to buy first before selling, and had the lender contacts to help us make that happen Jane was also extremely helpful in answering all our questions regarding the process of buying/selling, staging our home for sale, what was the minimum needed to be done in order to get our home sold at the max price without spending too much. She kept us organized with timelines on buying and selling, what needed to be done - which was super helpful especially as we had busy schedules. I would definitely recommend Jane to anyone I know who's looking to buy or sell a home. The contacts that she has on all facets of homebuying/selling, as well as experience, attentiveness to detail, helpfulness and responsiveness to questions, made the overall process so much simpler than it seems.
