In late spring 2021 long-time friends referred us to this real estate agent we’d never heard of! They raved about her broader skill set and performance with their own property. The deluge of details, the back-and-forth with the buyer’s agent, the inspections, the final walkthroughs, etc. ALSO, after the official final close, after everyone got paid, guess who remained eminently responsive: Poupee!
