Jorge is absolutely an asset to his agency. Jorge successfully negotiated a reduced sales price and closing costs on this cute little home we found in the hills of Santa Clarita. But while closing and week after week, we dealt with a new ‘hit’ to the home we were attempting to buy. Jorge consistently advocated for me and my kids to make sure that we weren’t being slighted by the seller and sellers agent. He continually showed up for us and even spent a day at the property managing the contractor fixing some of the non-negotiable items; treating it as if it’s his own property. The home buying process is difficult, but he has the experience to give you advice and feedback and isn’t afraid to be straight with you when doing so, all while advocating for what’s fair and right with the selling agent.
