Sean worked with me to find a house on the Sonoma coast for over a year. He was everything you would want in a real estate broker. Unlike several other brokers I experienced, he does not demand his clients decide immediately, but rather shows them the properties, discusses the pros and cons, and lets the buyer decide if it is right for them. - He does not pressure the client to buy before the buyer is ready, He presents the property, makes suggestions or observations and lets the client move at their own pace. - He went far above and beyond to show me properties, even though I didn't live in the area. If a property became available that I was interested in, he would visit it and make a walkthrough video along with a running narrative about what he saw. I would highly recommend Sean and his partner Pia to anyone looking to purchase property on the Sonoma or Mendocino coast.
