We discussed each one, pros and cons, but let me decide which offer to accept. Within a week, the property was sold over the price I was expecting, and it closed quickly and effortlessly for me. I appreciated all his assistance as I was working with lots of people on my parent's estate and it was just one thing I wasn't concerned about at all.
