115 real estate agents in Almaden Valley

We interviewed 4 agents from 4 different agencies and picked Nicki Banucci because she was the most prepared with accurate comps, great presentation of her team and had the most amount of enthusiasm to get the job done. Nicki is very professional and was available anytime we had a question. Her team is very seasoned, responsive and extremely organized. They laid out the entire process including setting up a calendar of events and followed up regularly to ensure we didn’t miss critical steps. We got top dollars for our home with a free rent back. Nicki structured the sale such that we got the best price and generated many many offers. She brought in a professional stager who did wonders with our home. Each of the above are the hallmarks of a successful real estate agent and we would recommend Nicki in a heartbeat. Nicki and her team are very easy to work with, are available at night and on weekends including early hours. Nicki even responded to us during her vacation which shows tremendous commitment.
