Chit removed the stress of selling my home with her calm professionalism and preparations down to the last detail - from the very first day I asked her to be my realtor. AND we had multiple offers in less that 2 weeks! She was always accessible, and kept me informed of every last detail and her wealth of knowledge is amazing. There are many realtors I know and like personally but Chit truly stands out. She is one of the most trustworthy and reliable people people I know - and is truly focused on what is best for her clients. Buying or selling a home involves many details - financial, marketing, etc. and Chit is excellent at planning her strategy ahead so she is ready for anything. I had such positive comments from numerous people on the marketing she did - including comments on how her open houses were a step above what they had previously been to. She is also definitely part of an amazing team as she brought in members of her team to help with the open houses. She also worked hard to be sure we had back up offers ready, just in case. I am moving out of the area and she has set a very high bar for any other realtor!
