Kathy was knowledgeable about the entire San Diego area and helped us narrow down neighborhoods based on what we were looking for. She worked with us to narrow down what we wanted by putting in the legwork to find and show us lots of options. We never felt pressure to make a decision, it was obvious that she had our best interests at heart and truly cared about making sure we found the right home (which we eventually did and we are thrilled!) She was also great during the closing process, helping us navigate the entire process and helping facilitate connections with local contractors to collect bids on repair work. Not only is she smart and knowledgeable, she's a lot of fun to work with too. We'd highly recommend Kathy!!
