Aaron was truly incredible to work with from start to finish. Recommended and introduced to me buy a mentor who i trust and respect, he helped my best friend and me buy our first home in San Diego. Being completely new to the process and not understanding much about purchasing property, we could not have asked for a better realtor or guide us through the process. From day one, Aaron was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the right home. He was forthcoming with any flaws or setbacks he noted in different properties, things I have never thought about and would never have thought to look for. He took the time to understand what mattered to us, walked us through every step with clarity, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Aaron was always available to answer questions (no matter how small or stupid, like what is escrow and why are there two types), gave honest advice, and advocated hard for us throughout negotiations. We always felt supported and confident knowing he was in our corner. Beyond his professionalism, Aaron is just a great human—kind, trustworthy, and easy to work with. We are so grateful for his expertise and dedication, and we absolutely love our new home. If you’re looking for a realtor in San Diego who truly goes above and beyond, Aaron is your guy. Highly, highly recommend!

Couldn't ask for a better agent.

I know, I know — I should have written this review two months ago. But honestly? I've been so comfortable in this house that I completely lost track of time. I think somewhere around week two I forgot I hadn't lived here my whole life. Turns out that's a great sign for the house... less great for remembering to leave a review. Working with Krista was genuinely one of the best parts of what can be a very stressful process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and somehow always managed to make me feel like everything was under control — even when I was internally spiraling over inspection reports, leaks, termites (?!) and closing costs. She guided me through every step with patience and expertise, and I never once felt lost or out of the loop. Long story short: I found my dream home, I love it, and she's the one that made it happen! If you're looking for an agent who is professional, warm, funny, loves dogs, tries muscle-ups, and actually great at her job — look no further. Just don't wait as long as I did to leave her the five stars she deserves. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
