Working with Woody and the entire team at American Dreams Real Estate was a totally great experience. We felt our needs and concerns were always at the top of his working with us rather than just selling a property. First finding the right property required a lot of looking and we always felt he was patient and willing to show us everything we wanted to see, and always willing to accommodate our schedules. Also always quick responses to questions and arranging showings. Once we found the right property we always felt he was working for us, had our backs. Totally trusted him to be looking out for our best interested! He made what can be a difficult and anxiety filled process easy and problem free, taking the time to explain all the details carefully and making sure we were clear on every aspect of our purchase. We recommend him and American Dream Real Estate without reservation.

Woody was terrific to work with! He is a true professional and made our home buying process seamless. I especially appreciate his knowledge of the local area and his giving us the best guidance possible. I would definitely use Woody for any future purchases and will recommend him to all our family and friends in the area.

Simply the best!! He went above and beyond any other real estate agent we have worked with, from informing us on what documents were required to what inspections were needed. Both my wife and I work and Woody was at the condo to meet the myriad of people involved in the sale. Beyond all the above is the personal touch Woody has, always on time, and never forces you to make a rush decision. In a packed field, Woody Henderson is certainly the best, and I will recommend him to all my friends. Mike &Susan Rocco
