Wanda displayed exceptional marketing knowledge in understanding of the real estate market. She communicated every detail and every step of property purchase. She the utmost professionalism and made my property acquisition a pleasure.

Hertha sent me home listings daily based on my desires and budget. When it was time to look at the homes themselves, she created an itinerary/schedule for looking at homes over two days. She was kind, patient and engaging with my 5-year old daughter who came along for viewing. After I picked out a home to make an offer on, she made the process easy. She put forward quality advice. Communicated regularly via text message and email with what the next steps were and what documents I needed to sign. Most notably, when going to make a counter offer on a home, she spent her Friday night staying up late putting the offer together to get it in to the seller before a scheduled Saturday open house. I was very impressed overall by her professional yet personable communication and quality of service. To top it all off, on the day of closing she brought be a housewarming gift basket to welcome me to my new home. This was my third experience purchasing a home, and my experience with Hertha was by far the best in working with a buyer’s agent.

Ike was thorough with everything! He was there for assistance 24/7. He guided pricing with data from the area and the overall market performance. He kept in touch almost daily with a calmness that was needed at times. He has such a positive attitude that it relieved stressful days. He has a network of handyman and professionals for all of your last minute needs, which we needed. He even did mock up virtual pictures for the listing that was an extra bonus. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a well trained, kind and professional real estate agent. He is more than the average agent that I have worked with in the past. His character stands out in his interactions with the seller and buyer. I can't say anything negative because he exceeded what I expected.
