Hertha sent me home listings daily based on my desires and budget. When it was time to look at the homes themselves, she created an itinerary/schedule for looking at homes over two days. She was kind, patient and engaging with my 5-year old daughter who came along for viewing. After I picked out a home to make an offer on, she made the process easy. She put forward quality advice. Communicated regularly via text message and email with what the next steps were and what documents I needed to sign. Most notably, when going to make a counter offer on a home, she spent her Friday night staying up late putting the offer together to get it in to the seller before a scheduled Saturday open house. I was very impressed overall by her professional yet personable communication and quality of service. To top it all off, on the day of closing she brought be a housewarming gift basket to welcome me to my new home. This was my third experience purchasing a home, and my experience with Hertha was by far the best in working with a buyer’s agent.

Being a first time home buyer and pregnant with my first child I was extremely nervous looking into buying my first home. Hertha and her team was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the ownership process and even provided guidance when needed. Within two short months I was able to buy a home that I love within the Bay Area close to my mother. I would highly recommend Hertha to any future home buyers.
