The asking price was a little above online estimates, so I was prepared to negotiate with buyers. However, within a few days we had 3 offers well above the asking price. The buyer we selected had difficulties in closing financing, but again, Michael helped us navigate the short delay. The technicalities of negotiations and closing were painless, as documents were all electronically signed and for the final paperwork, the notary came to us.
