This was our first time working with a buyer's agent in the US and we're grateful for everything Allen brought to the table. He did a great job anticipating our needs and negotiating on our behalf. He is just so professional and pleasant to work with, and has a network of like-minded professionals he was able to refer us to when needed. He's also very on the ball with paperwork and is very responsive. We will look forward to working with Allen again if/when we find ourselves back in the market in the future.
