I highly recommend using Jim as your agent, We found Him to be very much in tune with our goals and even our personal feelings towards the purchase our house. He gave us many suggestions and walked us through the complete process always being concerned about our comfort while We made our decisions. His concern also was directed to the seller (He was also the listing agent) The house had some issues that needed to be addressed, So with Jim's knowledge and negotiating skills We were able to come up with a good deal for both parties. It was a long process, But Jim "hung in there" for us. We are very happy we found Jim.
