Michael Walsh worked with us 14 years ago when we purchased our home and was excellent to work with at that time. He was even better this time around when it came time to do an estate sale on behalf of a family member. Michael and his crew including Jeff Davis and Tammy Clinton provided clear, specific, and very helpful instructions for clearing out and preparing the home for a good sale. They graciously fielded numerous phone calls and texts among all three successor trustees, and very patiently walked them all through the DocuSign process. Jeff turned into a jack-of-all trades as he handled several house issues for us and acted as our hands and feet when overseeing problems and their corrections. Tammy was diligent in preparing documents and explaining their contents to all involved. And Mike, well he listened to all of us, came up with helpful suggestions, expertise and provided much needed overview and oversight of the entire project, at a time when our heads were swimming with all that lay ahead of us.
