Working with Melissa was incredible. She was very attentive to our needs, excellent with communication, and very helpful throughout the transaction. This is my second time working with her on a deal and both have been great. Thank you Melissa!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Melissa Huk as my realtor, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional service. From the moment we met, I knew I was in good hands. Melissa's dynamic personality and extensive experience in the real estate market truly set her apart. We interviewed several local agents and we all agreed none compared to Melissa. She is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly savvy when it comes to understanding the market trends and finding the best opportunities for her clients. Our transaction was particularly challenging because my mother, who is the owner of the property, was very sick and unable to sign any papers or handle any of the details. On top of that, I lived nine hours away up north, making it difficult for me to be physically be present for the process. However, Melissa handled every single detail with utmost care and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, from coordinating the removal of cabinets, carpets, popcorn ceilings to picking out flooring hardware and the installation of everything at rock bottom prices. Melissa truly took charge and made sure that the property was in its best possible condition to attract potential buyers and gain equity for my mother. I highly recommend Melissa Huk to anyone in need of a real estate agent who is not only experienced and knowledgeable but also caring and dedicated. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations and make your real estate transaction a smooth and successful one.

We recently had the privilege of working with Melissa a second time. After our first home purchase we knew we would always go back to her. Melissa definitely knows the real estate business. She was able to answer all of our questions, and get any information that we needed. Melissa is a great negotiator whether you’re buying or selling a property. We highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
