It really made our house 'pop'. She also had excellent suggestions on staging, which we were able to do ourselves. And, most important to us, the whole process was so efficient. We did not need a "for sale" sign, there was only one weekend of having an open house, and we had over 25 offers, many well above asking price. It turned out to be just the right strategy. In addition to that, Nel was easy to get in touch with and was very responsive to the multitude of questions we had. We would strongly recommend Nel to anyone selling (or buying) a house.
