She also knew exactly where to price the home that led to multiple offers which were all over asking!!! The entire process was so smooth and I would recommend Shereen to anyone looking for fabulous, dedicated agent.

Not a professorial buyer or seller so my knowledge of realtors is very limited. I choose Teresa Piasky after attending a Apartment Association meeting and asking for recommendations. No clue if others could have made a better deal but can state she guided me through the entire process and sold the house. If I sell my business property or home because California politicians have finally succeeded in make living here impossible I would use Teresa Piasky. Hopefully that is a decision I will not be faced with in my lifetime.
