Ken sold my father's home a couple of months ago. He had kept up with my dad for many years (my dad spoke highly of Ken) because he loves the Tahquitz Estates and the house, and knows the neighborhood. He helped my family get through a tough time, and understood the urgency, but handheld me through the process. He was very trustworthy and helped me with extras, as I live out of town. While we apparently overestimated the original sale price, based on comps, the market was changing, and we needed to prep the house a bit more than anticipated. The house sold to a person who really wanted it, a positive outcome. I appreciate Ken's calm, and his persistence throughout the process. Thanks.

Doug Lederman had a listing on a home I wanted to see which did not work out. However he contacted me soon afterwards to advise the listing of two more homes in the area. We were out of town lookers for a vacation home and he was always willing to meet with us on our schedule when we could get to see new listings. One was just perfect and we negotiated a perfect price for the home. At closing we were in Europe so Doug acted on our behalf receiving the keys, adjusting the thermostats low for the month we were away and greeting us on return while watering our new garden. He was a perfect agent and I would certainly recommend him highly.
