I enjoyed working with Doug Lederman on the process of getting a new home in the Coachella Valley. I would recommend Doug based on his local knowledge, which is extensive, as well as his reponsiveness to a very challenging situation. Doug was very patient in working with me. He kept me apprised of the situation. You probably can ask more of a Real Estate Professional, but when you work with Doug, you know where you stand and why. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for that special place to call home.

Doug Lederman had a listing on a home I wanted to see which did not work out. However he contacted me soon afterwards to advise the listing of two more homes in the area. We were out of town lookers for a vacation home and he was always willing to meet with us on our schedule when we could get to see new listings. One was just perfect and we negotiated a perfect price for the home. At closing we were in Europe so Doug acted on our behalf receiving the keys, adjusting the thermostats low for the month we were away and greeting us on return while watering our new garden. He was a perfect agent and I would certainly recommend him highly.

Doug was diligent and attentive. He was very disciplined in holding an open house virtually every Saturday the condo was on the market. While I decided not to sell at the time, I will be contracting his services when I am ready to sell.

Doug has that amazing combination of local knowledge and ability to match you to the property he shows you. He showed us many options that helped us make our final decision. We would work with Doug again in a heartbeat.
