My experience with Ahu and her agency changed my total respect for a professional realtor! Unfortunately, I was going through a divorce at the time and of course it was not easy. Ahu especially went above and beyond the normal levels of professionalism and took it to new heights particularly when it came to dealing with my ex! I could not have expected or asked for someone to go to the lengths of communication that Ahu did, I am indebted! Regarding the actual sale of the house, again, Ahu's professionalism really showed through. From the setting up of the Listing, Open Houses, Showings, and the negotiations for the sale of the house were all outstanding! She kept me well informed every step of the way. She was always happy to explain what I didn't understand. The photographer that she uses was first class, really knew what to shoot and how to shoot it. The pictures used for the listing (54 of them) really showed the house so well! I could not have asked for more of a professional realtor! There is no doubt that I would use Ahu's services again and would recommend her to anyone! Our house was on the market not even 3 days when we received our first offer. It was over asking, with a quick escrow.
