Laurie Rutledge was our agent who negotiated and closed a very complicated short sale transaction involving both first and second mortgage lenders. The initial sale fell through due to lack of decision by the second mortgage lender; but Laurie then proceeded to closing with the backup lender. This process took the better part of nine months, but Laurie was never discouraged and always was positive and encouraging to us. I don't believe many real estate agents would have persisted with this transaction and been able to accomplish it as did Laurie Rutledge.
