Michele guided us all the way through our process from finding us a candidate to buy the house, to helping us navigate through what is often a "bumpy road" following inspection follow up. Michele did an amazing job of suggesting the hiring of local contractors with whom she had a good knowledge of their tried and true performances in inspection follow up tasks. This helped us quite a bit. On one one occasion she called back the contractors to provide a better finished version of the level of performance she expected. Our family are out-of-towners, so her local presence was as if this was Michele's own personal transaction that she wanted done right! We appreciated that.
