Not only does she have extensive knowledge in the field, powerful negotiation tactics, valuable local resources and connections, determination to do her job the best she can, but she also cares about you. Kaylyn was my agent to sell my late mothers home, which was a very emotional process for me and she was very attentive to that. It was also a challenge as I currently live five hours away, but Kaylyn was there every step of the way, even when it came to changing batteries in smoke detectors and dealing with selling old furniture!
