After we did find the right place, Joe was a huge advocate for us, staying on top of the selling agent, escrow, insurance, inspector, appraiser and anyone else who had to be dealt with in order for us to close successfully and in time. After the inspection, Joe was ready with recommendations for contractors and trades we needed for our renovation work.
