If it were not for Amy, I don't think we could have bought a house in this difficult market. Reflecting on the past year, this house buying experience was a journey full of uncertainty and self-doubt as a first generation home buyer. Starting working with Amy is the pivotal moment of this journey, because we finally started feeling we found the guide we had long needed. Before working with Amy, we always felt we needed to find the answers by ourselves for any questions we have regarding buying a house. For example, no other people referred us to insurance agents if we had doubt if the home owner insurance was available for the house we were interested in until we ran into Amy. Whenever we had a question, she would either answer the question if she knew the answer, or she would start reaching out to other people to find the answer for us, and there was no one time our question wasn't addressed. We finally felt supported in this difficult journey. I have no doubt that we'll continue to work with Amy in the future, whether to sell our house or to buy a new one.
