My husband and I were casually looking to buy our second home and met Lila at an open house. Lila’s market knowledge, experience, and relatability led us to feel an instant connection. We had a house in our sights and she used her expertise to quickly research comps, relevant data, and the neighborhood so we could make an informed decision. Lila helped us strategically navigate the negotiation and ensured a smooth escrow. We now consider Lila not just our real estate but our friend as well. The relationship didn’t end with the close of our escrow - we’re incredibly grateful for the fact that she checks in on us from time to time to make sure that we’re happy and settled.
