Elizabeth Garcia was recommended to us by a friend. My husband and I began house shopping late January, toured over 20 houses, condos, townhomes and closed escrow the 1st week of May. With this hot market and buyers paying over asking price, we were fortunate to have paid the asking price on our first home (with equity), pretty amazing in this crazy market. :) Elizabeth went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. We can’t thank her enough! During the escrow process unfortunately, we came across some challenges (on our part) that extended escrow longer than expected but with the help of Elizabeth, her team and a new loan officer, we closed escrow in 3 weeks. My husband and I were amazed on how quickly they made it happen. She is on top of everything, super knowledgeable, patient and professional. Thank you for guiding us every sept of the way. You can tell that she loves the work that she does and she’s great at it! I would highly recommend her! Thank you, Elizabeth and team for your patience and persistence.
