We decided at the end of 2021 that even though we loved our house it was time to upgrade to something a little bigger. We immediately called Kara and she got to work right away! We needed the proceeds of the sale to buy a new home and Kara explained to us all our options and we proceeded with listing our home. We were able to sell our house for 45k over ask and even got the buyers to take over our solar loan! Then we had to find a new house. We found our dream home a couple weeks later and got our offer accepted even though it was contingent on selling! Wow! We followed Kara’s advice and got exactly what we wanted and more. Kara is always attentive, responsive, explains what is happening, friendly and she knows what she is doing. We are very lucky to have found her. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs/wants an agent who will go above and beyond for their clients.
