Peter seems to have advice and knowledge about everywhere in the bay area, and knows what is a good deal or not. They seem like a great resource to talk to about anything real estate. Peter is very friendly and I had a good time chatting with them. They also helped answer all of my questions and helped me get in contact with contractors after and before purchase.
