Ashley and Vanessa were absolutely amazing to work with in helping us find our new home here in Southern California. We were moving from out-of-state and they both were extremely helpful, committed and hard-working, previewing many properties for us across Orange and Riverside Counties. When I visited to view some homes, they set aside a dedicated 3 days to our search, showing me several properties. My wife and I felt we were in good hands with Ashley and Vanessa! It took several months but eventually, we made an offer and closed on a property that we absolutely love! Throughout the offer, inspection, due diligence and closing, Ashley and Vanessa continued to be professional, courteous and also fun to work with! They're highly skilled in all aspects of their field, know the real estate market and helped us understand some of the nuances of buying a house in Southern California. We always felt that they had our best interests at heart and represented us as buyers in the best possible way. On the day we arrived, after driving through a horrendous snow storm in Northern California, Vanessa met us at the house to hand over the keys.
