I am officially a homeowner of a beautiful property thanks to our spectacular realtor, Rya Meyers. And that is because she and her team at Pardee were stupendous in helping me at every turn to achieve this major life goal. She has been working patiently with me for years while my needs, life, objectives and budget changed wildly from year to year. But thanks to her skill, kindness, and good humor, my family was able to find a truly perfect home. This was an incredibly rigorous rush to the finish line. Home buying is not easy and it was a mistake for me to assume that just looking for a house was the hard part. Rya was able get this crazy tapestry of Frankenstein financing, multi- bank/ company branches/ Escrow agencies/ and all loan officers communications' coordinated, an absurd amount of paperwork, and every little question or concern of mine addressed, all woven together to achieve this moment. I have never seen anything like it.I could not be more grateful and wanted to express my appreciation. This is a house I will make my forever home for me and my family. We could Not have done this without you.Thank you to Rya for all that you do.
