If there's one real estate agent in LA are who you won't go wrong with that's Oliver Darwich. The finicky home seekers that we are, my wife and I found Oliver to be very knowledgeable about the market but most of all extremely patient during our search. We were mainly impressed with the questions he asked the seller, questions we have not even thought of. The entire process from buying to financing to escrow was a walk in the park and Oliver performed beautifully.
