I had never sold a piece of property. I had know idea on what to do. Michelle was referred to me from a mutual friend. She was so positive and eager to step in and help me get the place ready to sell. She knew exactly what to do. She definitely had complete knowledge and a very personable attitude....she treated me like I was her only client. She knew the market and the price range to get me the best offer. I trusted her input...and I was glad I did. She handled everything. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs a Realtor with ambition and the smarts to go with it. I was very very satisfied with the sell.

Ronald and Molly were constantly keeping me informed and finding us am contractor to help with some upgrades to the property. Which eventually raised the asking price and the final offer.
