I have nothing but superlatives to say about Steve. He has recently sold two properties for my wife and I over the past two years, and each event has been a profitable and, in many instances, delightful experience. His advice on the price we should ask and how we should set up the properties for viewing and then how to deal with the intricacies of closing the deal has been spot on, not to mention an enormous relief. Aside from being immensely knowledgeable, Steve is also enormously personable. You never think of him as an agent. You think of him more as a good family friend who has dropped by to offer his help in relieving you of your worries. And after it's all over, you'll find yourself loathe to let him go—a quandary my wife and I solved by inviting him out to dinner afterwards, one which we're happily looking forward to at this very moment!
