This is the second time I called on Ivan to help sell property, this time it was my condo in Reseda. He said that with a few updates to the inside, he can probably get me into escrow within 10 days. I’m not sure how many days it actually was but it went very fast. Ivan and his team in the escrow department made sure every document was sent to me on time for signing.
