I was referred to Tina for help with the sale of property that was in probate. I had no idea what the process would be like, but her knowledge and professionalism made it an extremely easy transaction. Her hard work before we even hit the market resulted in multiple offers, at listing price, on day one! Tina deserves every one of those 5 stars.

After my mother passed away I was responsible for settling her estate. Deferred maintenance left her home in need of significant repairs. I considered selling it to an online home buying company as an easy solution. I am certainly glad I didn't go that route. A realtor friend referred me to Rachel Reese. After a preliminary conversation, I immediately realized that Rachel’s expertise would greatly facilitate the task ahead. At every step, she walked me through my options. She generated a lot of interest in our listing, and I received numerous offers well above the asking price. Following inspections, a substantial discount was requested to cover needed repairs. Rachel navigated this negotiation amazingly well. She clearly understood how to optimize the sale. Bottom line: The house sold quickly for nearly 18% above the asking price (which easily covered the realtors’ commissions and more). Throughout the process, Rachel was professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Her advice steered us past stressful pitfalls. Her know-how made every aspect of our experience successful. I cannot thank Rachel enough for guiding us through this process. I highly recommend her services.

Rachel was truly a miracle worker when she took on this task. Terrible divorce, court battle, vindictive x-spouse, attorneys, foreclosure and auction a week away. We almost lost everything, but Rachel is such a pro and knew exactly what to do when I was a wreck and saved the house, took care of fixing everything and turned around and sold it for more than we thought. She went over and above in every aspect and I thank God for sending her to me. She is the best!
