excellent communicator during the whole experience.

Tina was excellent during the whole process. She has a vast market knowledge in this area. Helped me sell my house also found my new house and kept me highly informed every step of the way. She also help with the mortgage lender who was absolutely fantastic. Tina also showed the upmost professionalism during the complete process. Happy in our new home thanks to Tina.

Tina recently helped us close on a new home in Simi Valley. She was actually the seller's agent, but we found her to be professional and trusted her to be our buyer's agent as well. While it's not typical for an agent to handle both roles, her integrity and sincerity were obvious so we had no concerns. In a matter of days we had an accepted offer at a price that was fair to both parties. And Tina went above and beyond to ensure that escrow closed on time. Tina is full of information about the area, has so many great contacts if you need help with anything such as loans, repairs or services. We can't say enough good things about Tina, highly recommend her if you are in the market for your forever home!
