Not only did she take time to explain and coach, but she also looked out for my own interest and treated me like family (ie. happiness over profit). My wife and I just bought our first house and we could not have done it without Andrea's guidance throughout the entire process. From the very first video call with her, we felt like we were truly in good hands, and that someone was looking out for us and willing to have our backs. As first time buyers, we had a TON of questions and Andrea was not only informative and helpful, but very patient as we tried to wrap our heads around everything; even responding to texts and emails outside of "normal business" hours. Searching for a home during the pandemic was a little tricky since there were no open houses and tours had to be scheduled individually, along with paperwork to even step foot inside a place. Andrea took care of all of this and was very accommodating in opening up her schedule to plan tour days. Understanding it was a hot sellers' market, she stayed on top of us to see potential houses right away, helping us move the process along. When it came time to make offers, Andrea's working relationship with our lender (CLS Financial, who we highly recommend as well) ensured that everything went smoothly. Her knowledge of the market and familiarity with the neighborhoods we were looking at were invaluable, especially when it came to strategizing on offers. And in my opinion, her rapport with sellers' agents put us in the best possible position to compete against multiple offers on houses. When one of our offers was finally accepted (woohoo!), Andrea was crucial in making sure we closed escrow on time. From scheduling inspectors to negotiating terms and helping us deal with the escrow company, she always made sure we were well taken care of. She even loaned us boxes for moving and tried to help us save a buck wherever she could. As she likes to put it, she's not only here for us to buy the house, she's our realtor for life!
