He dealt with several competing buyer's agents at the same time, answering their questions and needs, keeping them interested and on track. When offers came in, he helped us to select the best offer and then managed the many forms, disclosures, and other documents to keep the sale moving forward. There were a few problems that he got worked out. Overall, with his guidance, the sale went smoothly and closed on time.
