We cannot say enough about our realtor, Marissa Aceves. From the beginning of our real estate journey to the end, she was in our corner, full throttle! Her knowledge of the market and her expertise was evident during our first meeting. She came prepared with everything we needed to know about selling our home of 42 years, detailing the entire process. We had not been involved in the real estate market for over 40 years and were literally clueless. Marissa’s professionalism, experience and knowledge of the industry gave us confidence and allayed any concerns on our part. She answered all questions promptly, clearly and concisely. She made us feel so protected, keeping us informed every step of the way. Marissa wasn’t just our realtor—she became our trusted guide throughout the selling of our home. Her patience, dedication and genuine empathy for our journey made an overwhelming process less stressful for us. If you are looking for a realtor who delivers outstanding service, Marissa is the one for you!

My whole family is extremely pleased with the services we were given from Marissa. She work very hard and honestly went over the top when it came to selling our home. She guided us through every step and made this whole process very pleasant. We chose her because all the websites in Bakersfield has hers one of the leading Realtors. After actually dealing with her we completely understand why that is the case. She has definitely earned her spot to be one of the best realtors in Bakersfield and we are very grateful we were able to have her sell her home. We got more than asking and definitely feel like she went above and beyond selling our home. Will recommend her to all friends and family and anyone else that needs a realtor for buying or selling.
