She provided me with all the information and context I needed to feel confident in making my offers, counters, and contingencies. As things came up throughout the process (eg. inspection report items, repair negotiations), she was very helpful in getting us the best deal possible where the seller agreed to do a TON of repairs and payments for us, which I don't think would have been possible without Alexis especially given how tight the supply market is right now.
