At all times through the process ,since we looked so for long, she made sure our preapproval and personal documents were always up to date so we could submit an offer at a moments notice. When we finally found the home we were very interested in, she made sure to immediately let the listing agent know we were planning to submit and helped us quickly submit an offer, advising on offer price and terms, and ensured we were aware of any details she learned such as other expected offers or when the seller planned to review offers and have a decision. With the house we purchased, it ended up being through a trust with the rep living out of state so after the inspection she advised us on what type of repairs that the seller would be more willing to do as well as which type of repairs they’d be more willing to give credit on to keep the negotiation process going smoothly to ensure we closed timely.
