Real estate teams in Forest Meadows

Stacey is top notch! I have used her on multiple occasions to sell my homes and has exceeded my expectations every time. She and her team are very knowledgeable and supportive, I highly recommend her any chance I get.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Stacey Silva. From the moment I reached out to a few local agents, Stacey stood out immediately—not just because she was the first to respond, but because her reply was both professional and warm. She made me feel like I was in capable, caring hands right from the beginning. Within hours, she had set me up with customized listings tailored to the areas I was interested in, and by the very next Saturday, we were already out seeing homes. Throughout the week, she checked in via text and phone to get my impressions, using my feedback to refine and narrow our search. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine investment in helping me find the right fit made a huge difference. When we zeroed in on the home I ultimately purchased, Stacey went above and beyond to ensure I had a full understanding of the property—including some issues that emerged during the inspection. She was a skilled and steady guide during the negotiation process, helping both sides reach a fair and productive resolution. Her insistence on putting everything in writing gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout. Stacey was respectful, honest, and consistently proactive from start to finish. She’s the kind of real estate agent every buyer hopes to find—and I’m so grateful I found her.

Stacey is a well connected, well respected pro. She handles the ups and downs of real estate transactions with grace and confidence. She sold our home at full asking price in 30 days. We couldn't be happier with the experience and results.
